School Uniform

Smart on the outside, smart on the inside!

It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in school-organised events outside normal school hours. We ask children to wear their shirts tucked into their skirts or trousers and to take pride in their personal appearance; we promote the belief that school is an important part of life and should be viewed accordingly.

The agreed uniform is:

White short/long-sleeved shirt

Navy v neck sweater with school logo

Black long trousers, shorts or black skirt

School tie

Flat, black shoes (not trainers)

Jewellery is not permitted, this includes rings, chains, earrings and stud earrings. Nail varnish is not permitted.

We advise long hair is to be tied back. Hair accessories including ribbons/bows or scrunchies are not permitted.

Wristwatches may be worn but only for the purpose of telling the time. ‘Smart’ watches linked to mobile phones are not permitted.

St Ambrose embroidered logo jumpers, cardigans and ties can be purchased directly from one of our suppliers as detailed below;
