Reminder for Parents, by Mrs Maguire
Date: 11th Mar 2021 @ 9:44am
Can we remind parents that your child should not come to school if they have any of the main symptoms of COVID-19, and get a test as soon as possible. They must stay at home until you get the result.
The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
You child and their siblings cannot return to school until a negative test result has been received.
This is to ensure we are protecting the whole school community, attached is a quick guide for parents.
Thank you for your continued support.

World Book Day - 4th March 2021, by Mrs Maguire
Date: 3rd Mar 2021 @ 1:21pm
Before bed is always a good time to read so we are asking all children to wear their pyjamas tomorrow while completing their World Book Day activities.
If your child is in school this week - they can come to school in their pyjamas! (Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn - no slippers)
