Pupil Voice

Staff are always here to listen to their ideas and give them opportunity to express themselves. Our UNICEF ambassadors have now been chosen in Year 5 and 6 and are in the process of electing their Year 3 and 4 Junior Ambassadors.

Pupil Questionnaire Results -

July 2018/2019

We conducted a whole school pupil voice in the Summer term to see what the pupils thought of our school and the areas in which we need to improve.

We broke down the results into Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. In addition to this, we looked at class learning and learning outside at break and lunchtimes.

When comparing the results to the last Pupil Voice at the end of 2017/18, we see an improvement in your behaviour and attitudes to learning.

Church Buddies

Having listened to our Year 1 and 2 children at our school, they asked if someone could help them when in church as some have never been to a mass in school before. Our Year 6 children duly obliged and the Church Buddy system was created.

St Ambrose RC Church

Year 5 and 6 take the Year 1 and 2 children over to the church, sit next to them and help them with the responses we have to learn in mass. What fantastic role models! Thank you Year 5 and 6.
